Company registration in Nigeria
To carry out services in Nigeria, a corporate body or form of business must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), which was established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of Nigeria. To successfully register a company, it must have met all of the commission’s requirements, including submitting information about the company such as its name, registered address, directors, shareholders, and shareholding formula, as well as paying the commission’s filing fees.
After the business has been registered with the commission and all of the requirements have been met, the CAC will issue a Certificate of Incorporation to the firm, which will include the company’s name, status (private or public), and a unique RC Number. It also includes the date and the seal of the commission’s Registrar-General.
One of the most important steps in a business setup is registration. It has posed a headache for many people because of some bottlenecks in the process. However, our registration service ensures that all these bottlenecks are seamlessly overcome.
